SUBSTITUTION OF MERCHANDISE TERMS
For anomalies in the order received: nonconformity of the article (not
same characteristics of the ordered one), manufacturing fault, etc., you
have the right to request the substitution of the article, in accordance
with the following instructions:
1) Substitution has to be
requested within and not over 10 days from the date of
delivery.
2) To carry out such request, the Substitution
Form, must be filled in meticulously, and e-mailed to Shop@FashionGold.com or via fax
+39 0572 770500 within the indicated times.
3) The article
can be substituted:
a) with an identical article of the same value
b) with a different article of the same value (in this case you have
to consult the catalogue to choose a new item)
c) with a different article of higher value (in this case you have to
consult the catalogue and make the additional payment based on the
difference in value between the two articles).
4) The shipping
charges of the article to be substituted will be beared by
FashionGold.com.
5) The substituted articles will be shipped
back within 30 days from date of substitution request, but no substitution
will take place unless the faulty merchandise is received by us.
6) If no fault or anomalies are detected on the returned
article, the costumer will pay the shipping charges. In this case a
note/request will be previously sent via e-mail or fax.
7)
Items that show evident signs of damage due to usage won't be
accepted.
8) In case the parcel arrives damaged at your
address, or with signs of tampering, please do not accept it and inform
FashionGold.com immediately via e-mail.
The undersigned declares to have read and accepted all that is
indicated in the section: Substitution of Merchandise Terms.
